Office Operations Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and administrative systems.

n

Administrative Support to Teams: Provide administrative support to engineering, project execution, and management teams.

n

Legal & Corporate Documentation: Assist in managing corporate legal documentation, agreements, NDAs, guarantees, and contracts.

n

4.

n

Banking & Financial Coordination: Handle coordination with banks and financial institutions. Assist in banking documentation including guarantees, payments, and account-related maMers. Support accounting functions including documentation for payments, invoices, and financial records.

HR & Personnel Administration: Assist in HR administration including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.

n

Logistics & Site Administration: Coordinate logistics for equipment shipments, documentation, courier management, and travel arrangements.

n

7.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as an administrative contact point for clients, partners, and consultants.

n

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

n

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

n

Work Location: In person
