nSenior Manager / Manager – Sales & Business Development (Contactless Cards/RFID Solutions)n
Role Overview:
nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth for our Contactless Card/RFID-based solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned regions. The role requires a blend of strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, and post-sales coordination capabilities.n
Key Responsibilities:
n
- Drive business development and revenue growth for RuPay/EMV contactless cards across metros, buses, tolling, parking, and retail ecosystems and RFID based automation solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new customers, markets, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and government clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Support post-sales activities, including client coordination, solution adoption, and service follow-ups.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,
and emerging opportunities within the Contactless Card/RFID and automation ecosystem.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pre-sales, and product management.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in:
no RuPay/EMV contactless cards across metros, buses, tolling, parking, and retail ecosystems.n
- RFID solutions
- Barcode / AIDC technologies
- Toll Management / Intelligent Transport Systems
- Enterprise automation / IoT solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the automation industry, including customer use cases and solution landscapes.
- Experience handling large geographical territories / multi-region sales is highly desirable.
- Exposure to enterprise or government sales cycles is an advantage.
- Reasonable experience in post-sales engagement / customer success / solution lifecycle management.
- Excellent business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Age range: 30 – 35 years (versatile based on experience).
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Experience managing key accounts or strategic customers.
- Familiarity with solution-based / consultative selling models.
