We are looking for a Support Technician to provide remote technical support to contact centers using our contact center dialer and VoIP SIP trunking solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Linux environments, basic understanding of VoIP concepts, and strong customer service and communication skills.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, assisting customers with configurations, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for live call center environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide remote technical support to customers using our contact center dialer
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- SIP registrations, call failures, audio issues, latency, and dropped calls
- Dialer campaigns, agent logins, call routing, and reporting
- Assist customers with VoIP SIP trunk configuration and basic carrier coordination
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
- Analyze logs and system metrics on Linux servers
- Escalate complex issues to engineering teams with proper documentation
- Guide customers clearly and professionally, even in high-pressure production environments
- Maintain support tickets, incident notes, and resolution summaries
- Follow SOPs and help improve internal support documentation and FAQs

nRequired Skills & Qualificationsn





- Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS):
- Basic commands, process monitoring, log analysis
- Understanding of VoIP fundamentals:
- SIP, RTP, codecs, NAT, latency, jitter
- Familiarity with contact center environments (predictive/auto dialing, agents, campaigns)
- Experience providing remote technical support (email, ticketing systems, calls)
- Strong customer service skills with a calm, solution-oriented attitude

nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skillsn

- Experience with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, VICIdial, or similar dialers
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, firewalls, ports)
- Prior experience supporting BPOs or outbound/inbound call centers
