Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role based in Pune Division.n

The Duty

nManager will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.n

Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing guest inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating with various departments,



and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves resolving guest concerns swiftly, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to the continuous improvement of services offered.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team coordination, and staff management skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in booking systems, scheduling, and resource management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to multitask under pressure
- Understanding of hospitality standards and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in hotel or service apartment management will be highly valued
