This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Associate based in Bhiwandi.

The Customer Service

nAssociate will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with order inquiries, Payment followup and ensuring a positive customer experience.n

Preferred candidate profile

nNeed Commerce Graduate Associate Any Commerce Stream ie.( BMS Banking & Finance, BMM, BAF Bachelor in Accounts and Finance and or Plain Commerce).n

- Should have Valuable Academics.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience in using Ms-Excel.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

nTimings: 11am - 8pm (Sunday off).n

Shuttle facility available from Gol Maidan - C Block Road - Shahad - Prem Auto - Khadak Pada - Durgadi - Kon Gaon - Bhiwandi route.

For Experienced Associate depending upon last CTC and eligibility.
