About the Role:

nFoundever is seeking a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled Customer Support Associate to join our international voice support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French and English-speaking customers, providing real-time solutions and ensuring a premium service experience all through a digital voice interface. Candidate should have prior experience in Travel & Hospitality industry.n

Key Responsibilities :

n

- Manage concurrent voice calls professionally in both French and English.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics (KPIs) such as response time and resolution rate.

Candidate Profile :

- Linguistic Proficiency:



\* Minimum B2 Certification in French (DELF/DALF or equivalent).
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with 24/7 shift..
- Technical Skills: Strong typing speed and the ability to multitask across multiple windows/tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Education: Undergraduate/Graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
