Job Overview:

nWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on Key Account Manager with about 1-2 years of experience who will operate as a standalone contributor. You will own and execute with full responsibility for delivery, optimisation and reporting.n

Responsibilities:

New Business

n

Development (Hunting)

n

- Identify and target potential corporate clients across relevant industries
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound efforts, networking, and research
- Set up and conduct meetings with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Finance, Travel Heads)

n2.n

Sales

nConversion & Deal Closuren

- Understand client requirements and position Ziptrrip’s offerings effectively
- Deliver product demos and articulate value propositions tailored to client needs
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from pitch to negotiation and closure
- Prepare and finalize commercial proposals and contracts

Client

nOnboarding & Activationn

- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients onto the platform
- Drive initial adoption and usage till successful activation
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless implementation

n4.n

Market

nIntelligence & Strategyn

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and segments




- Track competitor offerings and industry trends
- Contribute to business development strategy for revenue growth

n5. Pipeline & Reportingn

- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Track leads, conversions, revenue, and activity metrics
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales progress and forecasts

Relationship

nBuilding (Pre-Success Phase)n

- Build solid initial relationships with clients during the sales cycle
- Ensure a smooth transition of accounts to the Customer Success team post-activation
- Provide initial post-sales support to stabilize the account

Required Profile

n

- MBA or graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in SaaS business development
- Self-driven, highly responsible, accountable and passionate about business development
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to travel to the client locations

nPay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthn
