nLocation: Vijayapura, Karnatakan

Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:

- Graduate/ PGDM (Desirable)
- Min. 4-8 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in team management role

nRole Summary: Manager, or DM/ AM Operations is responsible to ensure that Centre under his/her purview are well managed overall and deliver unparalleled level of patient care and service levels at customer touchpoints. The incumbent must manage the P&L; of the center as per targets defined.n

Key Job Responsibilities:

n

- Perfect Launch: Ensure operational readiness of centers as per our SOPs
- Revenue Management: Drive revenue across centers through conversion of IVF Packages, diagnostic, OPD procedures, pharmacy, etc. Ensure business targets of conversion and counselling are met, keep a solid vigil on revenue leakage
- Cost and Inventory Management: Conduct stock audits, manage COGS and ensure costs are within operational budget
- People Management: Manage employee motivation, engagement and retention across centers.



Support in resolving employee grievances and escalate risks to senior management
- Service Excellence: Ensure high PSAT and process time adherence. Ensure that patient complaints are addressed on time. Help the team in brainstorming solutions and track execution of the same. Train staff as and when required
- Medical Record Management: Ensure that all medical records are recorded, stored and shared accurately and safely
- Facility Management: Ensure hygiene and upkeep of all centers as per defined KPI / standards. Make sure that all assets are utilized efficiently, proactively address any equipment break downs
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure necessary statutory compliances and renewals in a timely manner. Escalate risks to management, if any
- Reporting: Prepare and share periodic reports with senior management
- Drive new initiatives in areas such as patient satisfaction, service excellence, cost optimization etc.
