Job Title-Counsellor
Experience Requirement:
● Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions/related counseling roles.
● Preference will be given to candidates with experience in domains such as Cinema, Music,
Animation, Mass Communication, and other creative/academic fields.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Calling & Lead Management
● Make outbound calls to prospective students as per the calling SOP.
● Counsel and guide students regarding courses and admission procedures.
● Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
● Adherence to admission targets and timelines.
● Maintaining a qualified approach while interacting with students and parents.

2. Walk-ins & Counselling
● Attend and manage student walk-ins at the campus.
● Provide detailed course counseling and resolve queries.
● Assist in converting walk-ins into confirmed admissions.

3. CRM (LSQ) Management
● Maintain and update all student data accurately on LSQ.
● Track leads, follow-ups, and admission status on the CRM.
● Ensure proper documentation and data hygiene within the system.
