Over the last few years, we’ve built one of the most engaged news platforms in the country, reaching millions every day.

Now we’re launching our app.
And we want someone to help build the infra for us.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of our current app and tech stack.
Ship features, fix issues, and improve performance continuously.
Think product-first and what should we build, not just how.
Understand user behavior and improve retention and experience.
Work on AI-led features, personalization, and smarter content delivery.
Set up scalable backend, cloud, and infrastructure.
Gradually build and lead an in-house tech team.

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience building or scaling apps (or work that proves you’re better than that).
Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).
Experience in database management and cloud solutions, including technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, or Google Cloud.




Experience with backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP or similar).
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code review, testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing technical team by implementing agile methodologies and fostering collaboration.
Curiosity and understanding of AI and how it can be used in real products.
Ability to understand and work with existing/outsourced codebases.
Familiarity with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, with a drive to continuously learn and apply modern technology trends.
Prior experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is preferred but not mandatory.
