Role Overview
You will lead the end-to-end Finance and Accounts function for a US-listed client, delivered from India. You will act as the primary owner of financial operations, reporting, and compliance, while managing client expectations and leading a delivery team within a Global Delivery Center environment.
This role requires strong Finance & Accounts, statutory audit experience, experience working in Global Delivery Centers, and the ability to operate in US timezone with high accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Lead finance and accounting operations for a US-listed client from India
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Interface directly with US stakeholders, including finance leadership and auditors
Drive compliance with US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
Manage statutory audit coordination and audit readiness
Review financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations
Establish strong internal controls and improve financial processes
Lead and mentor teams within a Global Delivery Center setup
Handle escalations and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs

Key Requirements




Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification or CA (Inter) Experienced
5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
Strong background in statutory audit, preferably with Big 4 or leading firms
Experience working in Global Delivery Centers supporting US clients
Experience working in or supporting US-listed companies
Good understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Proven ability to work in US timezone and manage stakeholder expectations
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with global stakeholders
Proven leadership experience managing teams

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in outsourced finance and accounting services
Exposure to SEC reporting, SOX compliance, or similar frameworks
Experience in transition or migration of finance processes to India
