Account Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 11-20 Years
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow account for our IT services business. The role focuses on relationship management, account expansion, cross‑selling, upselling , and driving long‑term partnership value.
The ideal candidate brings robust customer engagement skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with global delivery and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen engagement with multinational clients, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth.
Own and manage a strategic IT services account with clear focus on revenue growth .
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services area.
Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring consistent engagement and high customer satisfaction.
Understand client priorities and align internal teams to deliver value.
Track account performance, forecast revenue, and maintain governance cadence.
Partner closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and projects.
Address risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Required Experience & Skills:
Willingness to travel for client engagement (international travel as needed)
Proven track record of growing large accounts through cross-selling and upselling in IT Industry
