Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) at J. R. Bhatia & Co., located in Andheri (West) Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, due diligence for IPO readiness, preparing tax returns (Direct Tax & Indirect Tax), and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.

Qualifications
Proficiency in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements
Thorough understanding of Direct & Indirect tax laws, tax filing, and compliance regulations
Audit capabilities with respect to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit & Internal Audit.
Analytical skills for financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Ability to lead and guide a team.
Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Should be already residing in Mumbai
