Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and driven Field Sales Executives who enjoy meeting people and working in the field. This is a pure sales role, ideal for MBA freshers who want hands-on experience in B2B sales. You will travel across Bengaluru, meet potential clients, and generate business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Visit different areas in Karnataka to meet business owners and decision-makers
Generate leads by approaching offices, commercial spaces, and industrial sites
Explain and pitch company offerings in a simple and business-focused way
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and progress
Requirements:
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development) is mandatory
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
Comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily
Self-motivated and able to work independently
