Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor data loads and job schedules; troubleshoot and resolve failures
Maintain and optimize Qlik dashboards for performance and accuracy
Manage QMC tasks, scheduling, and configurations
Perform data validation, testing, and code investigations
Handle incidents and service requests (INC & SRs)
Maintain documentation for frequent performance issues and resolutions
Collaborate with vendors for technical support as required
Support continuous improvement initiatives and emerging technology adoption
Assist with presales and client engagements as needed
Skills Required:
Strong experience with Qlik Sense and QlikView development.
Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report generation and distribution.
Knowledge of Qlik Management Console (QMC) for task scheduling and configuration.
Experience in dashboard development, data modeling, and data visualization.
Understanding of data validation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Azure cloud workplace is an advantage.
Ability to handle production support and incident management activities.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Relevant Qlik certifications preferred
