About the Role
This role is focused on content, storytelling, and community building creating meaningful conversations and positioning Aura as a go-to platform for pregnancy and parenting support.
Content & Community Manager – Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Aura’s brand vision and business goals
Plan and manage content calendars; create engaging reels, carousels, and storytelling-led content
Own and grow social platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Youtube, Spotify, Twitter, LinkedIn) with consistent audience engagement
Track performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize content for growth and engagement.
Execute end-to-end campaigns across awareness, engagement, and conversion funnels
Collaborate with internal experts to create credible, educational, and trust-building content
Lead influencer and creator partnerships; leverage trends to keep content relevant and high-performing
Own the planning, launch,



and scaling of Aura’s podcast including content creation and multi-platform distribution
Build and nurture a strong parent community through online/offline experiences, UGC (user-generated content), and engagement-led initiatives.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media/content roles with an organisation
Passionate about pregnancy, parenting, and women’s health
Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
Excellent storytelling and content ideation skills
Ability to create and execute content independently
Analytical mindset to track metrics and optimize content for growth
Experience or interest in building and managing communities (online or offline engagement, events, groups, etc.)
Exposure to podcasting (planning, coordination, content repurposing, or promotion) is a plus
