Job Description
This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser position based in office in Noida.
Handle international buyers independently(communication, follow-ups, negotiations).
Ensure timely approvals( lab dips, fit samples, PP samples etc.)
Monitor production status and resolve delays proactively.
Maintain TNA and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage complete order lifecycle from enquiry-sampling-order confirmation-production-shipment.
Coordinate with sampling and production team for tech pack creation, fittings and finalization of samples.
Oversee production planning, including fabric sourcing, stitching, wash treatment, and quality control.
Ensure quality compliance and buyer requirements.
Manage documentation related to export orders.
Collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of products that meet quality and design standards.
Ensure effective correspondence with clients regarding order status updates and sample approvals.
Collaborate with logistic team for smooth dispatch of products.




Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, building strong customer relationships, creating sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Required Skills and Competencies
Robust knowledge of Ladies Fashion garments.
Robust buyer Communication skills both verbal and mail to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Good understanding of fabrics, trims, washing, finishing.
Sales and Marketing experience to develop and execute growth-driven strategies
Knowledge of Retail and Merchandising processes, with an ability to analyze market trends and manage product life cycles
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Business, or a related field with strong knowledge of ladies fashion garments and export documentation.
Experience
10-15 years experience of working in Export House dealing in Women's Wear
