WE ARE HIRING: IT Applications Manager / Head of IT (Broking Operations)

Key Responsibilities
Application & Infrastructure Management
Oversee and manage core broking applications, including trading mobile/web apps, back-office systems, APIs, and payment gateways.
Ensure smooth automation and monitoring of BOD/EOD processes for Algo and Retail Trading applications (Odin, Greeksoft, etc.).
Manage CTCL applications, Multicast systems, NNF codes, and handle user ID creation, mapping, and access management.
Ensure operational readiness and maximum uptime of TWS, NEAT, and Admin terminals across all exchanges.
Oversee database management, including backup, restore, disaster recovery (DR) planning, and data integrity controls.
Provide Level 2+ support for all trading, back-office, and allied applications.
Monitor application performance and system capacity; proactively recommend optimizations and upgrades.
️ Exchange Compliance & Vendor Management




Maintain a strong working knowledge of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX, MF, and IPO platforms, alongside their respective IT and cybersecurity compliances.
Coordinate with exchanges, vendors, and regulators for audits, inspections, certifications, and system upgrades.
Act as a key stakeholder in vendor management (evaluation, onboarding, SLAs, and performance reviews).
Ensure strict adherence to internal IT policies, infosec standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT and application support teams, driving clear role ownership and skill development.
Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for junior and mid-level team members.
Work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Business teams to design scalable tech solutions aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, escalation matrices, and system processes.
Stay updated with emerging tech trends and drive initiatives focused on automation, system resilience, and cost optimization.
