Role Description

The role is responsible for acquiring residential and commercial buildings for FTTH network deployment, enabling service delivery and revenue generation in line with organizational annual and monthly targets for multiple locations (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Chennai). The position requires robust developer engagement, deal negotiation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful network rollout and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Telecom, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in telecom, ISP, real estate partnerships, or infrastructure acquisition roles
- Experience in FTTH, ISP, or telecom rollout preferred
- Experience working with builders and developers is highly desirable

Salary range - upto 19 LPA - location wise it is different(Mulmbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Chennai)

Key Responsibilities

1. Building Acquisition & Pipeline Development

- Identify and acquire residential and commercial buildings for FTTH deployment.
- Ensure acquisition aligns with AOP & MOP targets for Site Acquisition and RFI readiness.
- Build and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline in assigned territory.




- Track acquisition progress and ensure buildings move toward deployment and monetization.

2. Developer & Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Develop long-term partnerships with builders, developers, and property owners.
- Engage with MEP teams and project stakeholders during construction and handover phases.
- Maintain regular engagement with developers for future project opportunities.
- Collaborate with real estate and builder associations to strengthen market presence.

3. Approvals & Commercial Negotiation

- Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for in-building FTTH deployment.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements with developer leadership.
- Structure mutually beneficial agreements ensuring long-term business viability.

4. Deployment & Execution Coordination

- Coordinate with ISP and internal deployment teams for network rollout.
- Oversee site readiness and deployment progress in coordination with builder representatives.
- Support teams in resolving on-ground challenges impacting deployment timelines.

5. Revenue Conversion & Business Outcomes

- Ensure acquired buildings convert into active revenue-generating sites.
- Track service delivery and customer onboarding progress.
- Drive revenue realization within the same financial year wherever possible.

6. MIS, Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain updated MIS of acquired, deployed, and revenue-converted buildings.
- Monitor pipeline conversion metrics and performance dashboards.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.

7. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management

- Identify implementation bottlenecks and coordinate solutions.
- Escalate issues impacting timelines or commercial commitments.
- Ensure smooth execution across acquisition and deployment lifecycle
