Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager / Telecaller (RM) to drive lead conversion, manage customer relationships, and support occupancy growth across our properties.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into bookings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Drive end-to-end sales process including follow-ups and closures
Coordinate with field sales / operations for site visits and move-ins
Maintain accurate data in CRM and track lead status
Achieve monthly sales targets (move-ins / bookings)
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Key Skills Required Solid communication & persuasion skills
Good sales and negotiation ability
Customer-centric approach
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Preferred Profile Experience in inside sales / telecalling / real estate / hospitality
