ABOUT THE ROLE Lead end-to-end execution of sophisticated interior and civil turnkey projects for discerning clientele. You'll be the driving force behind seamless project delivery, managing elite teams, premium vendors, and ensuring world-class quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Leadership & Execution
Manage complete turnkey projects from mobilization to handover
Oversee interior fit-outs, civil construction, MEP coordination, and finishing works
Ensure projects meet luxury standards while adhering to timelines and budgets
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and specialist contractors
Lead site teams including supervisors, engineers, and skilled labor
Planning & Control
Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans
Monitor daily progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones
Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients
Conduct regular site meetings and client walkthroughs
Address concerns promptly while maintaining premium service standards
Manage client expectations with transparency and professionalism
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
⚙️ Quality & Compliance




Enforce stringent quality control processes for luxury finishes and installations
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications
Conduct regular quality audits and punch list management
Implement and maintain site safety protocols
Manage documentation, approvals, and statutory clearances
Vendor & Procurement Management
Coordinate with premium material suppliers and specialized contractors
Negotiate rates while maintaining quality standards
Oversee procurement schedules to prevent delays
Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendor networks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
4-7 years of project management experience in high-end interior/civil turnkey projects
Proven track record of delivering luxury residential or commercial projects
Strong understanding of civil construction, interior fit-outs, and MEP systems
Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Experience managing project budgets of ₹2 Cr+
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and luxury specifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Solid grasp of BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control
Knowledge of building codes, NBC compliance, and statutory requirements




Familiarity with AutoCAD (reading/markup)
MS Office expertise (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Essential Competencies:

Outstanding communication and client-facing skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Detail-oriented with commitment to premium quality standards
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in fast-paced environments
Negotiation skills for vendor and contractor management
Preferred:
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience with high-end villas, penthouses, or boutique commercial spaces
Knowledge of imported materials and luxury brand specifications
Exposure to smart home automation and premium MEP systems
