We’re looking for a Entry-level Inside Sales Account Executive in Chennai who can hunt new business, run full sales cycles, close confidently, and grow into a team lead. The Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll own your pipeline end-to-end — from identifying and prospecting US restaurant owners, to running demos, negotiating, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
Hunt & Close New Business
• Identify, prospect, and engage small-to-mid-market US restaurant owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Run compelling virtual product demos tailored to each restaurant’s pain points
• Own the full sales cycle — from first contact through negotiation to signed contract
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-through and CRM discipline (Zoho CRM)
Grow & Retain Accounts
• Nurture relationships post-sale to drive retention, upsells, and referrals
• Act as a trusted advisor to restaurant owners, helping them get maximum value from Applova’s platform




• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Contribute to Team Growth
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Lead on team targets, process improvements
• Contribute feedback on product, messaging, and market trends from the front line

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 2–3 years in B2B SaaS or tech sales, with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota
• US Market Knowledge: Experience selling to US customers; restaurant tech, payments, or hospitality SaaS is a strong plus
• Sales Skills: A natural hunter — comfortable prospecting cold, running discovery, and closing without hand-holding
• Demo Confidence: Comfortable doing demos and consultative selling over Google Meet or phone
• Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English; persuasive and skilled on every call
• Tools: Zoho CRM or similar; organised with pipeline hygiene
• Schedule: Available to work US business hours (EST/PST) from Chennai
