Position: Executive Assistant - Chief Risk Officer
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Risk
Function: Ethics & Compliance
Reporting to: Chief Risk Officer
Context & Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Chief Risk Officer. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality handling, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated workplace.
Key Responsibilities
A. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CROs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen, prioritize, and manage emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, reports, and MIS for internal and external meetings.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
B. Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate risk committee meetings, board-level meetings, and senior leadership interactions.
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Legal, IT) and external stakeholders as required.
Follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
C. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and organize risk-related documents, presentations, policies, and approval records.
Assist in preparation of regulatory submissions, risk dashboards, and management reports.
Track approvals, reviews, and compliance deadlines.
D. Travel & Expense Management
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the CRO.
Prepare and reconcile expense statements and reimbursement claims in line with company policies.
E. Office & Process Management
Support smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the Risk Office.
Improve administrative processes, tracking systems, and documentation practices.
Coordinate with Admin, HR, Finance, and IT teams for logistics and operational needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
48 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Prior experience supporting CXOs or working in Risk, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
