Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Front Office Specialist at our Corporate office in Bangalore. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring effortless management and coordination of meetings, and delivering exceptional support. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, serving as the primary point of contact, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining clear and effective communication.
The specialist will also work collaboratively with other teams to align customer expectations and uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in maintaining client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience in customer support and problem resolution
Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and care
Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented, team-oriented environment
Prior experience in hospitality or client-facing roles is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
