About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales & Customer Executive at Bangalore’s one and only Vegan Bakery. If you enjoy connecting with customers, are passionate about great service, and love talking about food (especially baked goods!), this role is perfect for you.
You will play a key role in managing customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, handling website and app orders, resolving queries, and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience from order to delivery.
Candidates from the Hospitality Industry, F&B;, FoodTech Company are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands-on experience with Bitespeed (chat + CRM platform) – including chat scripts, workflows, and analytics
· A proven track record of 100% call and chat coverage, ensuring no missed communications and timely response
· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
· Handle incoming calls related to order status, delivery, and product queries
· Make post-delivery calls to gather feedback and understand customer experience
· Coordinate with internal teams to provide order and delivery updates
· Handle customer issues from Swiggy and Zomato
· Manage escalations professionally and ensure timely resolutions
· Take phone orders while offering excellent customer service
· Calculate product costing when required
· Handle website, corporate, and social media orders
· Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
· Provide strong administrative support as needed
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Hands-on experience with Bitespeed (chat + CRM platform), including chat scripting, workflow automation, and analytics
· Demonstrated record of 100% call and chat coverage, ensuring no missed communications and consistently prompt responses
· Minimum 3 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in Sales and Customer Service roles
· At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality, F&B;, or FoodTech sector
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Degree or diploma preferred
· Proficient in computer operations, including the use of chat tools, CRMs, email platforms, POS systems, and billing software
· Strong customer service orientation, with solid interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + up to ₹20,000 in sales incentives
Schedule:
· Day shift
· 6-day work week
· 10-hour workdays
