Coordinate scheduling across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Send timely reminders and prepare brief agendas or context notes ahead of key meetings
Handle rescheduling, conflicts, and last-minute changes with minimal disruption
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in operations, accounts, or an executive assistant / secretary role
Strong working knowledge of invoicing, basic accounting, and contract documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with tools like Zoho, Tally, or QuickBooks is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach to work
Comfortable working in a startup / agency environment with shifting priorities
Trustworthy, self-driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision
What You'll Get
Competitive salary: ₹5–8 LPA (based on experience)
Direct exposure to founders and strategic decision-making

A creative, collaborative, and quick-moving work culture
Room to grow as the agency scales
