Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing
Job Location: Bangalore
Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent

Looking for a competent Marketing professional with years 7 years of marketing experience in a B2B segment.

Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for driving the complete marketing activities for SPI across India
Candidate should have considerable prior experience in executing Marketing campaigns (incl. regional marketing planning, field marketing campaigns, events, collateral creation, all other related activities) in defined B2B industry segments

Key deliverables:
Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns (such as events, workshops, email marketing, ABM etc) for Automotive / Aerospace / Defence / Industrial engineering, other mechanical engineering segments & follow up to ensure defined outcomes
Actively support the sales team through online and offline marketing activities to to generate new opportunities for the product lines represented by SOLIZE PARTNERS India
Interface with prospects and sales team to drive timely progress of opportunities, taking ownership of KRAs and supporting follow-ups through to business closure.
Nurture engagement with industry bodies and associations




Systematically assess and report on industry trends, competitor initiatives, and customer insight data
Any note-worthy experience on publicity and branding campaigns will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:
Engineering degree (Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace preferred)
Candidates from non-engineering background meeting all other required criteria can also apply

Skill Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Confident and highly qualified demeanour
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and focused
Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Should be a good listener

Functional Requirements:
Proven marketing experience in the manufacturing industry (Automotive / Aerospace / Defence / Industrial engineering segments preferred)
Exhibit creativity coupled with attention to detail, discipline and adaptability
Must have fluency in using tools such as MS Office, CANVA, Adobe Photoshop, and various digital marketing tools / platforms
Display resourcefulness with a proven ability to execute tasks effectively and deliver results.
