Job Title:
Senior Architect who will be responsible for leading a team of architects and assistants throughout all design stages. The candidate will be working closely with the Principal Architect and will be independently responsible for leading projects.
Job Requirements:
Preparation of Concept design presentations to GFC Drawings
Coordination with MEP, Structural, Landscape and other consultants




Interaction with client on day-to-day basis
Attend project meetings at site and client’s office
Resolve site RFI
Prepare BOQs (Civil and Architectural)
Coordination of approval drawings through various stages of work
In-depth knowledge of materials and construction methodology
Good PR and communication skills.
