Crafters Agency is a fast-growing branding and design agency based in India, specialized in creating bold visual identities, UI/UX, and web experiences for Web2 and Web3 startups. With 124+ successful projects and clients across tech, blockchain, energy, and e-commerce we are a creative-first team that turns big ideas into iconic brands. We're now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer to grow with us.

❌ We will not move forward if you... ❌
Have no portfolio link. A portfolio is non-negotiable. No link, no review regardless of years of experience.
Are applying in bulk with a copy-paste message. We can tell. A generic application with no mention of Crafters Agency or the role goes straight to ignored.
Have weak design fundamentals. If your understanding of typography, color theory, hierarchy, and composition isn't solid - this is not the right fit right now.
Struggle with communication. You don't need perfect grammar, but you must be able to understand a brief, ask smart questions, and keep the team informed. Silent designers who miss deadlines without warning are not a fit.
Are not willing to learn and grow. Design moves fast. If you've stopped keeping up with trends, tools, and techniques - and you're comfortable staying stuck - we are not the right agency for you.
Refuse to use AI design tools. Tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and AI-assisted workflows are part of modern creative work. We expect our designers to embrace them intelligently - not fear them.
Cannot take constructive feedback. Client revisions and internal critique are part of agency life. If feedback feels personal rather than professional - this environment will be frustrating for both of us.
Expect a 9-to-5 without ownership. Agency life has intensity.



We respect your time, but we also need people who take ownership of their work - not clock-watchers who disappear at 6pm when a deadline is alive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design compelling brand identity systems — logos, visual guidelines, color palettes, typography
Create scroll-stopping social media creatives, ad banners, and digital marketing assets
Design pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral for Web2 & Web3 clients
Develop packaging design, merchandise, and print-ready artwork when needed
Collaborate with UI/UX designers on web and app visual design elements
Produce motion graphics and animated assets for social media and campaigns




Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints and deliverables
Iterate quickly on feedback and deliver polished work within tight deadlines
Bring fresh, trend-aware creative ideas to every client project

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–4 years of graphic design experience — agency experience strongly preferred
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (non-negotiable)
Robust working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for print and layout design
Figma skills for design collaboration and digital asset creation
A killer portfolio showing brand identity, social media, and print work
Sharp eye for typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management
Understanding of Web3 / crypto / tech design trends is a significant advantage
Comfortable working with international clients and brand guidelines
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bonus: Motion graphics / After Effects / video editing skills
Bonus: Experience with Canva Pro for quick-turnaround content
Bonus: Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation
