Role: Business Development Manager / Account Manager
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Bengaluru (Garvebhavi Palya)
Experience Required: 4-15+ years in Business Development / Account Manager (IT staffing/ Domestic, C2H Recruitment)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key client accounts in the IT staffing domain
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Acquire new client accounts and expand business portfolio
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L;) management for assigned accounts
Lead and develop high-performing account management and recruitment teams
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in IT staffing or recruitment services
Strong communication and client management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strategic thinking with a consultative approach to client engagement
Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus
