Hiring Tier 1 MBA Talent | Senior Manager – Performance Marketing

Experience: 3–5 Years

We’re specifically looking for MBA/PGDM candidates from Tier 1 institutes (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, ISB, MDI, NMIMS, etc.) with strong exposure to performance marketing.
If you have a data-driven approach and hands-on experience in scaling paid campaigns, this could be a great opportunity to work on high-impact growth initiatives.

What you’ll be working on:
• Managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube
• Driving key metrics like ROAS, CAC, and conversions
• Running experiments and optimizing campaign performance
• Using data, analytics, and automation to improve results

What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
✔ Strong expertise in Google & Meta Ads
✔ Experience with tools like GA4, GTM, or similar analytics platforms
✔ Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
