Job Description:
Excellent understanding of OSI PI system architecture with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
Act as an individual contributor while leading a small team.
Responsible for solution architecture, business support, and ensuring applications align with client standards.
Drive installation and implementation of projects; support new technologies and optimize IT systems.
Hands-on experience in designing and configuring solutions based on OSI PI (Aveva).
Experience with standard products like OPC UA, OPC DA / HDA.
Strong experience in PI Visualization Suite – PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook, and PI Vision.
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting OSI PI Interfaces including OPC DA, PItoPI, RDBMS, and UFL across multiple projects.
Good understanding of standards and protocols such as ISA S88, ISA S95, and OPC.
Strong knowledge of OSI PI systems, including functional and technical features and limitations of the product suite.
Experience in IT-OT integrations, including industrial connectors like Kepware.
Ability to mentor System Analysts and provide UAT & Validation support.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Good knowledge of Computerized System Validation, GAMP, GxP environments, and Quality Systems.
Experience with PI Data Access methodologies: AF SDK, OLEDB/ODBC/JDBC Provider, PI OPC DA/HDA Server, and PI Web API.
Willingness to learn recent and emerging technologies, including Edge and IoT.
Experience working in a global delivery environment.
Level 100 & Level 200 Accreditation preferred.
