Job Title: Billing & Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Civil / PEB)

Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & QS Engineer with experience in civil and PEB projects . The role involves handling RA billing, BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and client/subcontractor billing , ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit RA bills (Client & Subcontractor) with all supporting documents
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare/validate BOQ
Track work done vs billed vs received payments and maintain billing records
Handle rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget tracking
Manage variations / extra items billing with proper documentation and approvals
Verify site measurements and coordinate with site engineers for reconciliation
Monitor billing cycle, certification, and payment follow-ups with clients
Check and approve subcontractor bills to avoid overbilling or duplication
Maintain billing reports, cash flow statements, and MIS dashboards
Ensure compliance with contract terms (item rate / lump sum)





Required Skills & Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PEB exposure is an added advantage)
2–6 years of experience in Billing & QS roles in construction projects
Strong knowledge of RA billing, BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs
Experience in PEB / steel structure projects will be a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel (formulas, pivot), and ERP/SAP
Good understanding of contracts, variations, and billing documentation
Strong coordination and communication skills
