Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for the role of Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and talent management strategies to attract and retain top talent. The role involves developing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and managing employee engagement initiatives.



The HR Manager will also lead performance reviews, training programs, and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's mission and values.

Qualifications
Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
Strong skills in HR Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Workforce Planning
Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
Proficiency in Communication, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution
Ability to design and implement Training and Development initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Knowledge of labor regulations and HR software tools is advantageous
A proactive, strategic mindset with robust organizational and decision-making abilities
