Key Responsibilities
● Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from understanding requirements to
onboarding candidates.
● Source potential candidatesthrough LinkedIn, job portals, and social media .
● Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
● Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
● Support in drafting JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements .




● Help build and improve the company’s hiring process and employer branding initiatives.
● Handle employee grievances
● Oversee end-to-end performance review meetings and feedback cycles
● Assist in HR operations such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.

Requirements
● Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business
Administration .
● Excellent communication and people-interaction skills.
● Enthusiastic about recruitment, startups, and learning HR processes.
● Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative setting .
