What You'll Do: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AdOps Team Lead to manage and scale a high-performing trafficking team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end campaign setup and execution across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring robust operational expertise, team leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Ad Operations specialists responsible for campaign trafficking and set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.

Oversee end-to-end campaign setup including creatives, tags, targeting, tracking, and QA. Review and validate complex campaign setups (e.g., programmatic, video, retail media, rich media

Establish and enforce strict QA processes to minimize errors in campaign setup and delivery.

Partner with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive tasks using tools, scripts, or AI solutions and standardize SOPs, documentation, and best practices across the team

Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

Work with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to address tool limitations and improve workflows

Who You Are: 6-10 years of experience in Ad Operations, with a strong focus on campaign trafficking

Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced digital advertising environment

Hands-on expertise with ad servers, DSPs, and tracking technologies





Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle, tagging, pixels, and troubleshooting

High attention to detail with a strong quality-first mindset

Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Experience working with global teams (APAC, EMEA, AMER) is a plus
