Role: Territory Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
Overall P&L; Head for the Branches under him/her.
Located at the major Branch and frequently visits the other Branches.
Revenue accountability Customer relationships, RBD growth, NBD support.
Cost accountability authority to manage all operating costs for the Branches.
Service accountability – monitors performance, takes actions on defaulters in alignment with BH.
Ensures monthly Reward & Recognition program
Education Experience:
Any Graduate
Job Skills and Competencies for this position:
A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office
Organizational, Operations and time management abilities
Team handling, Forward thinking, strategic in nature and decision making
