Avantika Multispeciality Hospital is a healthcare facility in North-West Delhi with a strong focus on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. With an expanding OPD and surgical base, we are looking for a dynamic professional to streamline operations and drive growth.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented Business Development and Hospital Operations Manager who can oversee revenue growth, increase patient foot fall, liasoning and strategic expansion along with day-to-day hospital operations while actively contributing to
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth
Develop strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue
Build referral networks with local doctors and clinics
Identify new service opportunities and partnerships
Improve conversion rates (consultation → procedures)

2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff (front desk, nursing, support staff)
Maintain discipline, duty rosters, and performance tracking
Build a positive and efficient work culture

3. Procurement & Vendor Management
Manage procurement of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment
Liaise with vendors and negotiate cost-effective deals
Ensure inventory control and minimize wastage

Hospital Operations Management
Oversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, OT coordination)
Ensure smooth workflow across departments
Monitor patient experience and service quality

5. Financial Oversight
Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and profitability
Optimize operational costs without compromising quality
Work closely with management on financial planning
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 2–5 years in hospital marketing / administration / healthcare management
Business-oriented mindset with focus on growth and efficiency
Qualification: MBA (Marketing/ Healthcare/Hospital Management) or equivalent preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of hospital workflows and NABH processes (preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
