Responsibilities:

Drive revenue through brand partnerships and paid collaborations across Tatva’s social media platforms.
Identify, approach, and close deals with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Create and pitch campaign ideas that align with both brand goals and Tatva’s content style.
Develop pricing, packages, and quotes for different formats (posts, reels, integrations, campaigns).
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track market trends and identify new monetization/partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

4+ years in influencer marketing,



brand partnerships, media sales, or digital ad sales.
Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue.
Strong network with brands, agencies, or marketing decision-makers.
Explicit understanding of how Instagram pages and digital media platforms monetize.
Ability to create strong pitches, quotes, and campaign ideas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented. You don’t wait for leads, you create them.
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing conversations.
Understands how to position content as value, not just ad space.
