Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Q-Commerce Manager who has hands-on experience scaling brands on platforms like Swiggy (Instamart), Zepto, and Blinkit.
This role is not operational alone — it is a growth ownership role with transparent revenue targets. You will be responsible for taking our Q-commerce business from ~₹12L/month to ₹1 Cr+/month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth Ownership
Own end-to-end P&L; for Q-commerce channels
Build and execute a roadmap to scale revenue to ₹1 Cr+/month
Identify growth levers: assortment expansion, pricing, visibility, and supply
2. Platform Management
Deeply manage relationships with category managers across:
Swiggy Instamart
Zepto
Blinkit
Negotiate placements, campaigns, and platform visibility
3. Assortment & Listing Strategy
Drive SKU expansion strategy (especially on Blinkit where concentration risk exists)
Optimize listings: keywords, creatives, bundles, pricing
Launch new SKUs with strong GTM plans
4. Demand & Supply Planning
Forecast demand city-wise and platform-wise
Ensure high fill rates and minimal stockouts
Coordinate with supply chain / warehouse teams for inventory planning
5. Performance Marketing & Visibility
Plan and execute platform-led campaigns (banner ads, deals, search boosts)
Optimize ROI on platform spends
Track visibility vs conversion metrics
6. Data & Analytics
Build dashboards for:
Sales by SKU/platform/city
Conversion rates
Out-of-stock losses
Continuously identify growth bottlenecks and solve them
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Q-commerce / marketplace growth
Proven track record of scaling brands on Swiggy, Zepto, or Blinkit
Strong understanding of:
Category management dynamics
Platform algorithms & visibility levers
Pricing and promotion strategy
Hands-on with Excel / Google Sheets (must be data-driven)
Ability to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced startup environment
What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months)
Scale monthly revenue from ₹12L → ₹30–40L+
Expand SKU presence across all platforms
Reduce stockouts to Build strong platform relationships leading to consistent visibility
