Position: Dean
ISBR Business School invites applications from accomplished academic leaders for the position of Dean . We're looking for a visionary leader who can drive academic excellence, innovation, and institutional growth in line with global standards.
Role Overview
The Dean will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the School of Management, ensuring high-quality teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all academic programs, ensuring alignment with AICTE/NBA standards and global best practices.
Drive outcome-based education (OBE), introduce industry-relevant curriculum, and promote experiential learning methodologies.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-quality faculty; promote research, publications, and academic excellence.
Lead accreditation processes (NBA/AICTE) and ensure continuous academic quality improvement.
Strengthen academic delivery, student engagement, and employability outcomes.




Build strong industry partnerships for internships, live projects, certifications, and placements.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and statutory requirements.
Contribute to institutional growth through recent programs, collaborations, and academic innovations.
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. in Management or related discipline from a recognized institution / B School
Minimum 10–15 years of academic experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role (HOD/Director/Dean)
Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals
Experience in handling accreditation processes (NBA/AICTE) preferred
