Reform Studio Raipur is an official franchise of Namrata Purohit’s Reform – The Pilates Studio, bringing world-class Pilates and fitness training to Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We specialize in Reformer Pilates, strength training, and customized fitness programs designed to improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. With certified trainers, premium equipment, and a personalized approach, we deliver safe, effective, and results-driven fitness experiences.

Who Can Apply:
We welcome candidates from gym training, yoga, sports, or any fitness background.
No prior Pilates experience? That’s okay — we will train the right candidates to become certified Pilates instructors.

Your Role:
* Lead one-on-one, duo, and small group training sessions
* Design personalized fitness and Pilates programs based on client goals
* Guide clients in strength, mobility, and functional training
* Ensure correct technique, safety, and consistent progress
* Build strong client relationships in a positive studio setting
* Assist in maintaining studio standards, equipment,



and overall experience
* Participate in workshops, demos, and studio-led events

Who We’re Looking For:
* Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
* Strong communication and client engagement skills
* Background in fitness, yoga, sports, or related fields
* Pilates certification and experience is a plus (not mandatory)
* Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
