Position Overview:

As an Associate/Assistant Professor in the Management & Commerce Department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the academic and research frontiers of our institution. Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic and research initiatives in the Management department.

Qualifications:

NET/ SET qualification or Ph.D. in a closely related field or both.

Minimum of 8 years for Associate Professor and 2 years for Assistant Professor of experience in teaching and research in Management (Marketing, HR, Finance, Business Analytics, Operations Management).
Minimum 8 publications in peer-reviewed journals for Associate Professor positions.
Proficiency in contemporary practices and technologies in these fields.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
