Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, for a Sales & Outreach professional at Mantle International's Creative Agency. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting outreach to prospective clients, managing end-to-end sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through targeted solutions.



The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, organizing client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client relationship-building and addressing client needs
Experience in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
Ability to train and guide team members in achieving sales objectives
Proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing and target-oriented role
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
Familiarity with creative or advertising agency processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
