About The Role
BluSwap is building a smarter payment infrastructure layer for businesses — enabling seamless collections, automated payouts, and better financial control.
We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Lead who will take complete ownership of building and scaling enterprise revenue from the ground up.
This is not a role where you inherit an existing pipeline.
This is a role where you create, close, and scale revenue yourself .
You will work directly with the founders to define go-to-market strategy, enterprise acquisition, and revenue growth , while laying the foundation for a scalable sales engine.
Role Description
Own end-to-end enterprise sales from lead generation to deal closure
Identify, approach, and acquire high-value enterprise clients
Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Fastflowpe
Develop sales playbooks, pitch narratives, and conversion strategies
Create and scale partnerships and channel distribution networks
Engage with key stakeholders including Founders, CFOs, and Product Heads
Collaborate with product and operations teams to align client requirements with solutions
Drive revenue targets and growth metrics independently
Lay the foundation for building and leading the sales team over time

Compensation
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹15 Lakhs annually (linked to revenue milestones)
ESOPs: Up to ₹15 Lakhs worth equity (core team allocation)
This role is structured for individuals who prioritize long-term growth, ownership, and upside over high fixed compensation
Required - Qualification
4–8+ years of experience in Payment Gateway / Fintech / Retail Banking sales
Should be currently based out of Bengaluru.
Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals independently
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (collections, payouts, settlements, integrations, risk/fraud basics)
Hands-on experience managing the complete sales lifecycle
Experience selling to Founders, CFOs, and decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch
Comfortable operating in a 0→1, high-ownership startup environment
