We are looking for a Program Manager as part of the Global Selling team within Amazon Services. Amazon Global Selling is an key initiative to grow the Amazon Marketplace Seller Business around the world, with the India team focusing on helping Indian sellers list on other Amazon global marketplaces. This business will play an important role in Amazon's mission to be the place where customers can find and discover anything they want to buy on Earth. This person will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on a strategy to enable the growth of global selling from India and will play a key role in influencing policies impacting Manufacturers and Exporters in India wishing to sell on global Amazon websites. The objective of this position is to identify structural challenges limiting expansion, explore new avenues for growth, reduce friction faced by selling partners and collaborate with WW policy and product teams for building scalable solutions to address them.
Working in a dynamic environment, the person will be responsible for setting up processes, mechanisms for audits and aligning with WW teams for developing programs & products to deliver seller success. A successful candidate will have significant experience managing complex challenges and have the ability to influence and drive large cross-functional initiatives forward.
They will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making and demonstrate a track record in process creation, improving upon existing processes, and ongoing program/project management. We are seeking a candidate with the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across leadership, product and business teams. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving challenging problems.
Key job responsibilities
•Act as the POC for the India Global Selling team to lead & drive resolution of selling partner issues with internal stakeholders within SPS work streams
•Collaborate with WW policy & product teams and drive cross-functional initiatives to build scalable solutions to enhance the seller experience
•Work closely with internal teams to create, refine and invent processes, educate internal stakeholders on the processes and drive adoption
•Design, develop and track key metrics across the seller lifecycle to drive data-driven decision making and implement automated solutions wherever applicable
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation
