Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Program Manager – Campus Engagement to lead our college outreach initiatives across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, public speaking, and driving on-ground impact through student engagement and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with placement officers, TPOs, and college SPOCs
Plan and execute campus engagement programs , seminars, and presentations
Drive partnerships with colleges for training and placement initiatives
Travel to colleges for meetings,



workshops, and placement activities
Conduct follow-ups and ensure continuous engagement with partner institutions
Maintain structured data of outreach, visits, and outcomes
Represent Vocskill Academy professionally across all interactions
Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1 year of experience in campus outreach, training, or placement roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in public speaking and presentations
Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
