About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to drive outbound lead generation for our marketing agency, targeting clients in the USA and UK markets . This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and understands modern prospecting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through outbound channels such as LinkedIn, cold emailing, and data platforms
Identify and research potential clients in the USA & UK markets
Conduct high-volume outreach via LinkedIn and email campaigns
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects
Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and other databases for lead generation
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into meetings
Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially in English)
Basic understanding of outbound sales processes
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn and Apollo
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
Good to Have (Brownie Points):
Prior experience working in a marketing agency
Experience in handling international clients (USA/UK)
Knowledge of CRM tools
