The Role (What You’ll Own)
This isn’t a narrow role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of:
Product Marketing × SEO × Marketing Operations × Growth
You’ll help us:
Tell our product story better
Build a predictable inbound engine
Fix and scale our marketing systems

Shape How the Market Sees Flowace
Turn product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning
Craft messaging that resonates with HR leaders, founders, and operations teams
Own landing pages, feature pages, and product narratives
Support feature launches & GTM execution
Build Our Organic Growth Engine (SEO)
Identify high-intent keywords around:
employee productivity
time tracking
workforce analytics
Drive organic traffic that converts into demos & trials
Optimize content, pages, and site structure for ranking + conversion
Continuously improve keyword rankings, CTR, and pipeline contribution
⚙️ Fix & Scale Marketing Systems (Ops)
Make tools like HubSpot, GA4, Search Console actually talk to each other
Set up clean attribution, tracking, and reporting
Build dashboards that answer:
“What’s driving revenue—not just traffic?”
Improve funnel from visitor → lead → demo → customer
✍️ Execute Like an Owner
Launch landing pages, blogs, and campaigns—fast
Work closely with design, product, and founders
Create content that helps sales close—not just marketing generate leads
You’ll Fit Right In If You…

Are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
Care deeply about results over activity
Love connecting data + storytelling + product
What You Bring
2–4 years in B2B SaaS / product marketing / growth
Strong hands-on experience with SEO (strategy + execution)
Experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Ability to go from 0 → 1 and then scale what works
Strong written communication (clear, sharp, no fluff)

You’ve worked on HR tech / productivity tools
You’ve improved SEO that led to actual pipeline growth
You understand SaaS funnels (MQL → SQL → Revenue)
You can tweak a CMS page without waiting on engineering
