Role & responsibilities

1. Legal Advisory & Compliance

- Provide sound legal advice to management on Real estate, corporate, commercial, labor, RERA and regulatory matters.
- Legal compliance with governmental, quasi governmental and local bodies with respect to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise stakeholders on implications for the organization.

2. Contract Management

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOU, NDAs, vendor/service agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure contracts safeguard organizational interests and mitigate potential risks.

3. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

- Manage and coordinate with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare legal notices, responses, and related documentation.




- Represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

Experience : 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate and able to prepare legal opinion pertaining to property and other legal issues, knowledge in Revenue and registration law and procedure, litigation management, contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Salary : up to 6.0 LPA

Location : Head Office (Hyderabad)
